Designing & commissioning
Widetech ensures designing and commissioning of cement and fiber cement factories. Including greenfield investment: start up and organization. Thanks to our experienced team of engineers and technicians we are able to ensure that all systems and components of an industrial plant are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of our client. Our project management and commissioning process may be applied not only to new projects but also to existing units and systems subject to expansion, renovation or revamping. We guarantee industrial plant operability in terms of performance, reliability, safety and information traceability.
Technical equipment
Widetech can supply equipment (both mechanical, pneumatic and electronic) for fibre cement production and other building materials. Replacement or integration of existing equipment, installation for new equipment dedicated to fibre cement manufacturing. Our technical and sales team will be able to provide from complete industrial machines to spare parts particulars, in order to meet any kind of client need. Widetech expertise comprises Hatscheck and Flow-on machines, conveyors, different cutting technologies, forming cylinders, stackers and destackers, advanced handling system, template treatment equipment, automatic autoclave loading, materials handling, painting equipment, loading and offloading spare parts.
Know-how & staff training
The staff know-how and training are a critical issue for all fiber cement producers. To sustain your quality level and your performances, Widetech provides you with education and monitoring solutions for your staff to learn, train and boost their knowledge. Training it is of primary importance because it represents a good opportunity for employees to boost their knowledge base and improve their job skills to become more effective in the workplace. Despite the cost of training for employees, the return on investment is immense if it is consistent.
